Each event ticket includes 1 lucky draw ticket.

*SwissCham Ordinary members have the right for 2 tickets at member price; and SwissCham YP and Associate members have the right for 1 ticket at member price.

Kindly note that the email to be submitted should be a member's email in order to purchase tickets at member rate.

All attendees will be required to present their printed tickets or a screenshot of the ticket's QR-code on their mobile phones for registration on 24 May 2025.

Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- 75% refund of the ticket price for cancellations made on or before 24 April 2025.
- No refunds for cancellations after 24 April 2025.

Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to participate, you may transfer your ticket to another person in the same guest category (e.g., member to another member, non-member to another non-member). Please notify us of any ticket transfers by email at event@swisscham.sg before 5 May 2025.

Organizer and Venue Rights
The Organizer and Venue reserve the right to:
- Reallocate or adjust seating arrangements.
- Cancel or invalidate any tickets purchased.
- Deny entry to the event and/or venue.
- Postpone or cancel the event if necessary.

Photos and Videos
Please note that photos and/or videos will be taken during the event and may be published on our website, newsletters, social media, or other publications. By attending the event, you consent to the use of these photos and/or videos.
