All SwissCham Ordinary Members (Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3) are entitled to vote, while Associate Members and Young Professional Members of SwissCham Singapore are not entitled to vote, however, are welcome to attend.
Please note that each Ordinary Member has 1 vote.
Members who are unsure of your membership type can check membership account information by log in to swisscham.sg with glue-up account.
With regard to item 6 of the agenda, please note that only nominated SwissCham Ordinary Members can stand for election and only Ordinary Members can nominate Board members. Nominations for election to the Board may be proposed and seconded by Ordinary Members in writing to the SwissCham Board no later than twenty-one (21) days before the Annual General Meeting, i.e. nominations must be submitted no later than 25 April 2024. The form for the nomination of board member can be found at this link: Nomination form_2024
Ordinary Members of tier 1, 2 and 3 that are unable to attend in person may nominate someone to attend and vote on behalf by using the proxy formavailable at this link: SwissCham_AGM Proxy_Form_2024.

- This event is only open to SwissCham members.
- Please be informed that photos and/or videos will be taken during the event, which might be published on our website, in newsletters, social media or any other publication. With the registration to the event, you consent to the same. The admission of non-members of SwissCham to our events is at the discretion of SwissCham and we reserve the right to refuse an event registration or admission of a non-member.
- The following applies to no-shows & cancellations:
o Cancellation can be made free of charge until 2 days prior to the event by sending an email to: office@swisscham.sg
o If the cancellation is not sent as above, a no-show fee of S$ 50 will apply.
