An experienced and passionate Learning and Development practitioner, David Hendrick has more than 20 years of experience in the field of People and Organisational Development.

David leads the learning arm of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation, where he is responsible for driving workforce transformation and facilitating knowledge transfer within and beyond the hospital to develop a future-ready, self-driven and life-long learning workforce through defining new learning pedagogies. His stint at Centre for Healthcare Innovation has seen him sharing his experience at various local Institutes of Higher Learning, as well at global events such as ATD Virtual Conference 2020, ATD Middle East Conference 2020, ATD 2020 China Summit. He has also shared experiences and stories across a number of publications.

Prior to joining Tan Tock Seng Hospital, David was responsible for the opening of the Asia Pacific Learning Campus, the first outside Germany, for BASF, the largest chemical company in the world. The Learning Campus focused on training leaders across Asia Pacific in this multidiscipline organisation. David also spearheaded the full spectrum of Learning and Organisational Development needs for Frasers Centrepoint Limited’s (now called Frasers Property) 3 core businesses, Frasers Centrepoint Homes, Frasers Centrepoint Malls and Frasers Hospitality, in a corporate headquarters capacity. His role required him to identify opportunities to strengthen and enhance leadership capabilities.

Lynn Hong is McDonald’s Singapore’s Director of Human Resources and Office Services. As part of the Senior Leadership team, Lynn plays a strategic role in championing the People (HR) function and provides leadership in driving the organisation’s HR strategies in line with business goals and future plans.

Lynn oversees the full People spectrum of strategic workforce planning, talent, change management, employee experience and people development at McDonald’s Singapore. With over 21 years of professional HR experience across various industries, Lynn understands how HR has an integral role in driving business strategy. Under her leadership, McDonald’s Singapore has been recognised with many notable awards including Aon Best Employer Award, HRM Award and The Straits Times Best Employer Award.

Lynn holds a BSc in Business from Loughborough University (United Kingdom). In her spare time, Lynn enjoys baking and the outdoors with her husband and three sons.
