A year ago we thought that now with vaccinations in place, cross-border travel picking up and supply chains slowly recovering, we had mastered the crisis. Then, in February 2022, with the Russian invasion in Ukraine, the world was shaken again, bringing questions of energy security back on the agenda and crashing the markets. The global economy experienced a slow down with inflation higher than seen in several decades.

Based on these developments- what will the economy bring us in 2023? What will be drivers for growth and what are the dependencies?

Join us on 9 February 2023, together with our expert panel speakers to uncover the economic outlook of 2023. The panel will be moderated by Georg von Wattenwyl (Chairman of the SwissCham). Hartmut Issel (Head Equity & Credit APAC at UBS) will provide the keynote. The panel will be joined by Kelly Chia (Deputy Head Research Asia at Julius Baer).
