Be transported to the Swiss Alps as Michéle Müller, the Director of Food & Beverage in charge of Culinary Operations at the Kempinski Palace Engelberg brings you some of her signature dishes to the shores of Singapore during the Swiss Gourmet Week!

Indulge in the Swiss blend of canapes paired with a medley of wines from the makers - Vinattieri, Novelle, and Vin D'Oeuvre. The Swiss gourmet and wine experts will be delighted to present the dishes and fine wines to the guests during an exclusive and interactive tasting session.
