HR Open Door Series is an endeavor by the People & Skills Sub-Committee to bring HR professionals together under one roof. We welcome the HR experts from our SwissCham member companies to open their doors to HR professionals from various other companies. The goal is to have the host companies share how they have tackled the smaller and bigger challenges every HR function has, as well as share special initiatives or best practices.
It is an opportunity where HR professionals come together and network, share their experiences, gain insights into industry trends, and learn more about different organizations' HR strategies and challenges.
