In today's fast-paced business environment, professionals face numerous challenges that can impact their mental well-being and overall performance. To address this, we are excited to offer a masterclass on mental fitness. In this evening session we focus on Positive Intelligence—an approach rooted in extensive research in neuroscience, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral science. Positive Intelligence is a mental training program developed by renowned researcher and Stanford University lecturer Shirzad Chamine. The program has been scientifically validated to enhance resilience, clarity, and focus, leading to improved effectiveness and overall well-being. The innovative approach empowers attendees to thrive amidst challenges.

Cancellation Policy:
You may request to cancel your event registration by sending an email to intern@swisscham.sg 5 working days or more prior to the event date for a 90% refund if the event is ticketed. Full payment will be required for any cancellations or no shows thereafter. Replacements will be accepted.
