Event Details

Join us for an insightful exploration of Singapore's evolving immigration landscape in 2025. Our upcoming member event will explore the latest developments shaping Singapore's approach to attracting and retaining global talent.

We will examine the impact of the Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) on Employment Pass applications, introduced in September 2023. Learn how this points-based system has transformed the assessment process, focusing on criteria such as salary competitiveness, educational qualifications and support for local employment, and what practical challenges remain. We will also discuss the recent updates to the Employment Pass (EP), Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) and Overseas Networks & Expertise (ONE) Pass, including the increased minimum monthly salary requirements.

Additionally, we will provide insights into the streamlined Permanent Residency application process, highlighting new documentation requirements such as detailed employment history, income tax documents for overseas applicants, and changes to the submission process.

Co-organized by SwissCham Subcommittee People & Skills and BLCC, and kindly sponsored by Luther, this event will provide valuable insights into the latest immigration changes and their impact on businesses and professionals.
