SwissCham Climate Tech Sub-Committee and Science & Tech Sub-Committee have jointly organized a site visit to Protein Innovation Centre. The Innovation Centre is a collaborative project between Bühler and Givaudan. Bühler's equipment and processing expertise combined with Givaudan's flavor, taste, ingredient, and product development expertise.
The objective of the site visit is to focus on learning the challenges in terms of technology, consumers, regulators in the region (not just Singapore). As well as the benefits of switching from meat to plant-based alternatives, and how can one profit from climate (food) tech.
