Andreas Schulte
Founder and Managing Partner of AS Equity PartnersMr. Schulte is the Founder and Managing Partner of AS Equity Partners. He manages all aspects of the firm: strategic vision, operational excellence, adherence to the firm’s core investment principles and governance. He plays an active role with portfolio companies to promote growth and optimize value.
As the leader of the Investment Committee, Mr. Schulte oversees all phases of investment decisions: originating and qualifying investment opportunities, structuring transactions, directing portfolio construction and management, investor relations, institutional fund raising and marketing activities.
Prior to AS Equity Partners, Mr. Schulte was a Partner and Group President at Marlin Equity Partners in London working on a large number of investments in Europe and North America throughout the entire deal cycle.
Before Marlin, Mr. Schulte held CxO roles in Technology and Tech enabled Business Services , i.e. Sutherland, Hewlett-Packard, Perot Systems, ABB.
Maitri O'Brien
Operating Partner at AS Equity PartnersMaitri O’Brien is based in Zurich, Switzerland, joined AS Equity Partners in December, 2021 and focuses on Business Transformation, Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership Development for portfolio companies. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. O’Brien led the Change and Transformation practice at DXC Technologies as well as at HP Enterprise and Hewlett Packard globally, responsible for all key regions.
Throughout her 25+ year career in Business Transformation Consulting, Ms. O’Brien has covered a wide range of issues including change and transformation management, organization and operating model design, employee engagement and multi-stakeholder management, leadership development and coaching. She has extensive experience in M&As, complex transformations and restructuring.
She has also authored a book titled The New Leaders of Change which draws on the experiences of 50 new generation of leaders, documenting how a new breed of business leaders are emerging and how they lead differently than previous generations, and their call to action is clear: you start with people.
Dimitri Getsios
Managing Director of Swiss Post Solutions Asia PacificDimitri Getsios is the Managing Director of Swiss Post Solutions (SPS) and responsible for the Business in AsiaPac with over 500 employees. In addition he is the Vice Chairman of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Singapore.
Dimitri is an experienced executive with entrepreneurial attitude, a strong customer orientation, excellent networker and depth understanding of the outsourcing business with over 30 years of experience.
In 2010 Dimitri moved to Singapore with the target to setup the SPS business in Asia. In the meantime SPS has a presence in eight countries in the region with over 60 blue chip clients from various industries. After the setup of the company in Singapore in 2011, he continue to setup SPS in Hong Kong and between 2012 - 2015 he established a license partnership with a regional specialised company with the target to extent the SPS presence and cover the markets in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia and India.
In 2019-20 he played a key role in the successful negotiations of the Kodak Business Services acquisition in Asia. As a result SPS could strengthen its footprint in Hong Kong and extent its presence in Mainland China.
The focus of Dimitri is to grow the business in Asia organically and via acquisitions.
Georg Von Wattenwyl
Chairman of SwissCham Singapore, CEO at VontobelGeorg von Wattenwyl is a financial industry veteran with over 20 years of experience with leading firms in the banking and finance sector. He brings with him a wide breadth of corporate and association experience, having been appointed as Managing Director and Head EAM Asia and Global Head Family Offices at Vontobel in 2019.
Bolstering his association credentials, von Wattenwyl has been serving as Chairman of the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA) since 2014.
On August 1, 2019, von Wattenwyl was appointed Chairman of the board of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Singapore, succeeding his predecessor Dr Tom Ludescher. With more than 200 active members, SwissCham represents the diversity of the Swiss Business Community in Singapore.
