David Martiny
Head of Tax South-East Asia at Luther LLPDavid is heading Luther’s tax practice in South-East Asia. He and his team advise clients from all sectors and regions in respect to tax questions for Singapore and the South-East Asian Region as well as tax topics clients may have in Europe. David has more than 12 years of experience in international tax. He is specialized in international tax structuring and transfer pricing but also covers individual tax matters. David started his career in Germany and has worked in various other countries before moving to Singapore.
Dr. Maximilian Kressner
Attorney-at-Law at Luther LLPDr Maximilian Kressner studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and at the University of Oxford, where he completed his Master's degree in the Magister Juris (M.Jur.) programme. Subsequently, Dr Maximilian Kressner was a doctoral student at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy in Munich with visiting researcher positions at the University of Hong Kong and Georgetown University. In 2018 he obtained his Doctorate (Dr.jur.) from the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich (LMU) and was certified as a Commercial Mediator by the Munich Centre of Dispute Resolution (MucDR). Dr Maximilian Kressner completed his legal training in Berlin with stints at leading national and international law firms as well as the German Chancellery. He joined Luther in April 2019.
