Robert Morris
Professor at National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of MedicineDr. Robert JT Morris is Chief Technology Strategist for the Ministry of Health Transformation (MOHT) Singapore and concurrently Professor, National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. He is also an Advisor to the National Research Foundation in the Prime Minister’s Office. His current focus is on application of computer and information sciences, including AI, to transform healthcare.
Weng Mooi Tan
Director InHealth of MOHTA trained pharmacist who has moved into healthcare management with more than 30 years of experience. Areas of experience include leading in conceptualising an integrated community mental health and dementia ecosystem and driving the implementation in the community and primary care; developing integrated network and collaborative partnership from acute care to primary and long term care, integrating health, social and community care. Prior to the current role, was leading the caregiving and community mental health division in a government agency. Planned and drive the development and implementation of the National Mental Health care and support system in the community for almost 10 years. Before then for over 20 years, was in charge of business and strategies development, and implementation, transforming and innovating service delivery systems for an acute teaching hospital, mental health institute and women and children's hospital. Lead teams in business rengineering, re-designed and developed new patient care services including specialist outpatient clinics, wards, emergency department and Allied Health Division. Was also involved in setting up the biomedical research office, and lead in conceptualising population health strategies and subsequently worked as the group Chief Operation Officer in a private nursing institution.
