Susanna Hasenoehrl is SVP and Head of Sustainability at SAP Asia Pacific & Japan. Previously she was Director Asia at Yara International, being responsible for Growth and Commercialisation of the company's Digital Farming solutions and Sustainability Lead. Susanna's earlier career spans global leadership roles at Siemens, Nokia and international life sciences and media start-ups, where she managed global key accounts such as Novartis and Vodafone.
Gavin Adda is the CEO of TotalEnergies Renewables Distributed Generation (DG) for Asia. This is the renewable arm of TotalEnergies providing solar solutions to cut power costs and carbon footprint for industrial and commercial customers. Customers include Danone, Bollore Logistics, NIKE, Changi Airport and Renault Nissan.
Over the last few years, Gavin has founded several start-ups in the renewable sector. Most recently, he sold his company to create TotalEnergies Renewables DG for Asia. This is now the largest player in the region with customers across 9 countries and customer savings of more than USD 200m.
At REC Solar, one of the largest manufacturers in Singapore, he launched the DG business and sold the company to ChemChina for USD 640m.
Previously, he had various management roles in Samsung Group including developing USD 1 Bn of solar projects across the US.
Gavin has an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s Degree from Cambridge University.
Benny Gay joined Vontobel Asset Management in September 2020 as Head Institutions SEA and Intermediary Clients Asia.
He is responsible for driving the Global Banks initiative in Asia and for managing relationships with the intermediary channels in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Benny brings more than 12 years of relationship management experience in the asset management and wealth management industry.
He joined Vontobel from DWS where he was Head of Private Banks and Intermediaries, responsible for developing relationships and distribution strategies with fund selectors, allocators and other investment professionals.
Prior to that, he was a client advisor to HNWI at Citibank in Singapore. Benny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Macquarie University in Sydney.
Jeremy Lovey is the VP Development & Partnerships Asia Pacific of the Solar Impulse Foundation. The Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by explorer and clean technology ambassador Bertrand Piccard. It identifies and promotes technological solutions that can protect the environment in a profitable way.
The Foundation’s labeling process is the only evaluation available today that assesses the economic profitability of products and processes that protect the environment in the fields of water, energy, mobility, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture. It is awarded following a rigorous evaluation process carried out by a pool of independent Experts and based on verified standards covering the three main themes of feasibility, environmental impact, and profitability.
Jeremy joined Solar Impulse during the first round-the-world with a solar airplane in 2015. Previously he held different positions in marketing.

Regula is Circulate Capital’s Managing Director, Asia. She leads the investment strategy, manages the investment team and oversees Circulate Capital Ocean Fund’s investment portfolio in South and Southeast Asia.
Together with her team, Regula manages asset allocations as well as due diligence, portfolio management of fund investments. She also provides strategic advisory to the portfolio companies, focusing on strategy, business development, fundraising, key hiring decisions, financial management and governance.
Regula is an experienced global professional with over 20 years’ of leadership, business development, project management finance and social enterprise/start-up expertise. Throughout her corporate career, she held positions in corporate strategy, M&A, private equity, financial controlling and business development.
She was further engaged in the microfinance industry, establishing a growth guarantee fund, financing microfinancing institutions. She further established a social enterprise in the Philippines, developing sustainable housing technologies, establishing production and construction of affordable housing solutions in collaboration with urban poor communities and civil society organizations in Southeast Asia.
Regula graduated with an MBA (Honors) in Global Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, USA, with undergraduate studies in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and France. She is an Aspen Institute Business & Society First Movers Fellow. Regula speaks German, English and French.
Georg von Wattenwyl is a financial industry veteran with over 20 years of experience with leading firms in the banking and finance sector. He brings with him a wide breadth of corporate and association experience, having been appointed as Managing Director and Head EAM Asia and Global Head Family Offices at Vontobel in 2019. Bolstering his association credentials, von Wattenwyl has been serving as Chairman of the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA) since 2014. On August 1, 2019, von Wattenwyl was appointed Chairman of the board of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Singapore, succeeding his predecessor Dr Tom Ludescher. With more than 200 active members, SwissCham represents the diversity of the Swiss Business Community in Singapore.
