David is heading Luther’s tax practice in South-East Asia. He and his team advise clients from all sectors and regions in respect to tax questions for Singapore and the South-East Asian Region as well as tax topics clients may have in Europe. David has more than 12 years of experience in international tax. He is specialized in international tax structuring and transfer pricing but also covers individual tax matters. David started his career in Germany and has worked in various other countries before moving to Singapore.
Dr Maximilian Kressner
Attorney-at-Law Associate at Luther LLPMaximilian advises primarily European companies and startups in investment projects in the Asia/Pacific region with a particular focus on Singapore. His areas of expertise include corporate law, private equity transactions, domestic and cross border M&A, regulatory law and employment law. Maximilian has a particular interest in the healthcare and biotech sectors as well as legal tech.
